Yes! We offer a free Pick-up & Delivery program for businesses, with no cost or commitment required. Our team handles everything—twice-weekly service, materials, and support—so your employees can enjoy top-tier garment care without leaving work. Each employee is billed individually, making it a hassle-free benefit your whole team will appreciate.
⟡ WHAT ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE WASH-AND-FOLD SERVICE?
Any machine-washable garments, towels, and sheets. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
⟡ WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE TO WASH MY CLOTHES?
We use the best-rated soaps to clean your garments. Dye-free products are also available.
⟡ ARE DRY CLEAN ITEMS OR LAUNDERED SHIRTS INCLUDED IN A WASH-AND-FOLD SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
No. However, they can be sent in separately and will be billed accordingly. If you are sending in Dry Cleaning, please be sure it is bagged separately and not with your laundry.
⟡ WHAT HAPPENS IF I INCLUDE DRY-CLEAN-ONLY GARMENTS IN MY WASH-AND-FOLD LAUNDRY BAG?
Although we check over the garments as they are being loaded into the machine, and if it is caught, we will not clean it and contact you to see if you would like us to process it. We are not responsible, however, if a dry-clean-only garment is mistakenly laundered.
⟡ WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER THE WEIGHT LIMIT PER MONTH OF MY WASH-AND-FOLD SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
You will be charged at the current rate per pound for overages.
⟡ IF I SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, CAN I CHANGE IT LATER?
Yes, just give us a call at (386) 627–4972. The changes will take affect on the first day of the new month for your billing cycle.
⟡ HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PICKED UP, DELIVERED, OR IS READY IN-STORE?
You can sign in to our mobile app to track the status of your order in real-time. We will also notify you via text or email when your items have been pickup up or your order is completed.
